If the upcoming MGE is closed, this means all members of the kingdom can apply.
The MGE ranking system will be determined by current Kingdom needs and your Commander's attributes.
The top 13 will be allocated to the appropriate ranks, remembering the 2st and 3rd spots are reserved for rally/garrison leaders, of the upcoming closed MGE.
*Once all replies are received, the council will announce the MGE list, no changes afterward will be allowed.
